Drink more water and feel even more beautiful!

Drinking water is the most hydrating and  more important beauty treatment for our skin. Water is the only way that you can moisturize the deeper layers of the skin.

All the organs in our body need water to function perfectly.

Not drinking enough water could lead to constipation and skin problems like break-outs.

Water retention occurs when our body does not receive a sufficient amount of liquid and then you gain those extra pounds.

These are just a few examples of how important is to drink water.

Is recommended to drink 6 -8 glasses per day.

  Exfoliants are a "Life Saver"

Exfoliation has the power to do wonders for your skin.
Dead cells can leave the skin looking lifeless and leave wrinkles and fine lines more obvious.

Some of the benefits are:

  •  Exfoliating keeps the skin soft and glowing

  •  Buffing the dead skin away will keep your pores from clogging which keeps acne under control

  •  Exfoliating speeds up your skins natural renewal process and helps your moisturizer penetrate into the skin deeper

  •  removal of dead skin cells helps with skin discoloration (uneven tone)

  •  routine exfoliation leads to visibly brighter skin and it keeps fine lines and wrinkles less visible.

The most effective way to exfoliate your face and body is in the shower with the skin wet and soft.

Pat dry your face and apply the exfoliant with a gentle massage for 1-2 minutes.

Rinse well.Repeat 2 times a week.

Remember that all skin types need exfoliation.

          Clean-up Job

A very important part in your beauty routine is the cleansing step.

Don't think that a "quick clean" in your skin will help you to have a Goddess complexion!
Sleeping without removing the make up will make you skin irritated and lifeless.

Facial wipes is not enough to do the job,in fact many products out there cannot deep clean you skin.

D'ouro Cleansers are kind to the skin but very effective to remove make up.

Contain essential oils that help balances skin's PH naturally.
